Please find below a list of defaulters as published by ESI SRO Marol in TOI dated 17.02.2013. In the said publication, ESI addressed employers, asking, "Are you paying ESI contributions regularly? If not, please clear your dues by 28.02.2013. Please ensure that your name is not on this list of defaulters."
