Can anyone Help be in knowing what is vacancy request form.i have recently joined a company and in recruitment process their telling me to fill the vacancy request form also .but i want full knowledge about it.its very urgent please help me

so the vacancy request form is filled whenever there is new position requirement or existing position requirement is needed

I can say that yearly once you will get the manpower planning and budget also according that you need to work it. whenever you finding the vacancy or you need manpower you need fill it and send it for approval.

You can find one of the format for manpower requisition / Talent acquisition form / Associate Requistion form / Vacancy request form or any other way people term it as per their industry / need.
This is the one I have prepared for my company based on our requirement. You can remake / edit as per your requirement.
