I think 2009 i had a same issue with concrete pump checklist. Specially on this case i highly recommended to contact particular manufacturer then only you can meet the equipment/manufacturer requirements. If you use some other checklist which you will get from others or google believe me it wont help you.
If you need any help on this matter just send me a details of equipment and your project. I will get the checklist for you from manufacturer..
