Training Budget Proposal Preparation
In line with individual roles, please identify the learning objectives required to bridge the gap for optimum performance as targeted. Prepare a list of training modules based on the Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Also, identify what needs to be increased, decreased, and eliminated among your employees and at the department level, again for optimum performance.
If you have an in-house trainer, identify their expertise and the number of training sessions they can deliver. Their salary can also be taken into account for budgeting.
For those modules that need to be outsourced from external trainers to be conducted in-house for a group of employees, request the trainers to submit their best quotes per module. Calculate their travel, stay, and visa expenses if they are from another country.
Based on TNA or client requirements, if you need to nominate specific employees for specific technical or functional training, get their quotes per head and include them in your budget.
As such, there is no fixed budget per year as it is proportional to clients' requirements and desired employee performance meeting organizational objectives.
With profound regards,
