An excellent share. I hope readers take a second look at the contents of the above post. I am taking the liberty of adding two little thoughts to make the principle work for everyone immediately:

1. Find a reason to be happy on Monday mornings—preferably start looking forward from Sunday evening.
2. Don't carry work in the briefcase, the laptop, or in the mind once you leave the workplace each evening.

Be Happy - Be productive - Be successful

Thank you so much for your comment. This is so timely; I just read an article on 'Rewiring the Brain for Happiness' a few hours back. This article discussed the Tetris effect, explaining how we can train our brain to ignore certain areas and then rearrange it all over. The same process spills into our lives when we remain mindful and watch our minds, scanning our thoughts every moment.
