PF Registration Of A Member Under Employer E-Seva

Dear Members,
I am a newly joined HR Executive. Can you please tell me how to register a new employee under Employer Eseva. Form 2 and all are no longer in use.. Pls help me...!

Dear Member,
first of all you need to register new employee in "E Return Tool version 4.0" and also fill the form 2 then when you entering monthly data after that create ECR from "E Return Tool version 4.0" then upload same to Employer Eseva website.

Hi,
1) Get the E-Return downloaded to your computer.
2) Register your establishment you will get user ID & Password
3) Opern the tool using Register ID & Password
4) Fill the establishment details & employees details.
5) After filling details enter the returnmonth and enter their PF earned wages of that month.
6) Generate ECR text file
7) Upload it to Employer E seva ( You need to register your establishment herealso)
6) You will get the Challan consisting TRRN number submit it to nearest bank.
If you get problems contact your nearest PF office.
