New HR Executive Seeking Guidance on Registering Employees with Employer Eseva

Dear Members, I am a newly joined HR Executive. Can you please tell me how to register a new employee under Employer Eseva? Form 2 and all are no longer in use. Please help me!

First of all, you need to register the new employee in the "E Return Tool version 4.0" and also fill out Form 2. Then, when you enter monthly data, create an ECR from the "E Return Tool version 4.0" and upload the same to the Employer Eseva website.

Steps to Register an Establishment on Employer E-seva

1) Get the E-Return downloaded to your computer.
2) Register your establishment; you will receive a user ID & Password.
3) Open the tool using the registered ID & Password.
4) Fill in the establishment details & employees' details.
5) After filling in the details, enter the return month and the PF-earned wages for that month.
6) Generate the ECR text file.
7) Upload it to Employer E-seva (You need to register your establishment here as well).
8) You will receive the Challan with the TRRN number; submit it to the nearest bank.
