My research topic is to study the factors associated with talent acquisition in the IT sector. Can you please help me develop a standardized questionnaire on the variable of talent acquisition from the perspectives of both employers and potential employees?
My potential employees (applicants) would be BE, MCA, and M.TECH students. The employers will be HR professionals from three IT companies, from whom I will have them fill out my questionnaire.
