How Can We Bring Fun to Our Sales Team When They're Always on the Road?

I am working with a Sales & Marketing organization, and needless to say, our members are always on tour. We want to take a few initiatives for fun at the workplace. Since people are mostly out of the office, we can only connect with them through emails. I would like to request some ideas that can be implemented via email.

Here are a few ideas:

1.  **Monthly Quiz via Emails:** Engage employees with a fun quiz sent out monthly.

2.  **PowerPoint Presentation Competition:** Choose any humorous topic for the presentation to lighten the mood.

3.  **Excel Games:** Create engaging games using Excel to challenge and entertain.

4.  **Paint My Love:** A painting competition where employees can only use the paint function to showcase their creativity.

5. ️ **Guess the Brand:** Display only the tag of a particular brand and circulate it via email for employees to guess.
