Need Help Creating Effective KPIs for HR, Accounting, and Ticketing Teams in a Travel Agency

I am a human resources officer in a travel agency, and I have been tasked with developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles and staff. We have three units, namely HR/Admin, Accounting Department, and Ticketing and Reservation Department.
