KPI For Staff In A Travelling Agency

I am a human resources officer in a travelling agency and I have been asked to develop a KPI for all roles and staff.
We have 3 units namely hr/admin,acccount dept and ticketing and reservation dept.
Kindly assist with. Material that will show the measures and parameters.

Hello Dear Professional.

Dear Seeds and Ratul,

Be it noted that you do not develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI). KPIs are universal and these are not geography or company specific. Based on these KPIs, what you develop is Key Result Areas (KRA). KRAs are always derived from KPIs. To know more about difference between KPI and KRA, you may check my following video at Youtube:

You need to create KPIs and derive the KRAs from them. For this, you need to institute comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS) in your company. Without PMS, development of KRAs, is sowing seeds without tilling land. Therefore, be cautious on this count.
