Need Help Creating Effective KPIs for HR, Accounting, and Ticketing Teams in a Travel Agency

I am a human resources officer in a travel agency, and I have been tasked with developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles and staff. We have three units, namely HR/Admin, Accounting Department, and Ticketing and Reservation Department. I kindly request assistance with materials that will outline the measures and parameters for these KPIs.

Please assist us regarding the KPI format of a travel agency. Recently, we have opened a travel agency. However, we don't know how to create KPIs for travel agencies. Therefore, I have been tasked with developing KPIs for all roles and staff.
