Field Incentive Will Be Included In Bonus Or Not?

Please clear: Incentive earned by field staff apart from salary, will be included while calculating Bonus or not?

Please define incentive in this case? Is it productivity related? How often is the payout?
Productivity-related incentive will not be included while calculating bonus because by doing so, you are double-paying on the same performance outcome.

Its sales incentives, if employee achieves specified target, then only he is eligible, and incentive is paid.
