If your company give Bonus to all employees in Tamil Nadu.. then you have to submit form-D (Annual Return) under Bonus act. .................................................. .................................................. .........................

Dear friends
The payment of Bonus Rules 1975 in Rule no 5 says Every employeer shall send a return in Form D to the Inspector so as to reach the said Form to the Inspector with in 30 days after the expiry of the time limit specified in section 19 for payment of bonus.
