PF For Rejoining Employee

One of our employee resigned her job Dec 2012. We mentioned in PF ECR file as exit.
She is rejoining on 7-2-2013 . Kindly guide me , How i rejoin her into PF using that old PF account.

i advice u that issue new PF number with new joine date. deduct pf on joining date. u can do one thing fill up withrawal form and withraw pf or fill form 13 for transfer from old A/c to new account.

Hope she has not withdrawn the PF so far. On rejoining you can give the same (old) PF No. to her and process her joining with form 5 marked with old PF No. allotted to her. The gap of two months will be treated as non contributory period.

if somebody is leaving the company today and againg rejoining after next 4 months and again left...so how many times a person can join and leave maximum to keep the same uan?
