How Do I Write a Heartfelt Thank You Email to Our Directors and VPs After a Successful Policy Session?

We had a session with all leaders on implementing the policy. Before implementation, we wanted to hear from leaders for their suggestions and views. We thought that there would be a lot of pushback from the business, but surprisingly, they agreed to most of the things. It was a very supportive and interactive session. In the email, I just want to convey my regards and also say that we shall work on all the suggestions and send the updates.

Since it's an email to all the leaders, and their standards and expectations are quite high, I would need your help.
