Dear Sir,
I am HR professional and now seeking new job, every employer asked me about PT and i don't have idea about it.
So please i request to all my dear friends pls help me in knowing about PT.
I works in Delhi and i want to know about professional Tax. it applicable in Delhi, Haryana and U.P. or not.
Pls reply me and also tell me its slab of deductions, any return filling formalities under it, if we deduct it than where and in which dept. we deposit it, also tell me about its submission last dates and damages provisions.
I appreciate fast responses.

It is only proposal. Not yet notified by Andhra Pradesh Government in the Gazette. Unless it is notified in the Gazette, we cannot treat it as final.

Please go through G.O.Ms.NO.82 in respect of Professinal Tax revised slabs in Andhra Pradesh. How can you confirmed the revised rates will be applicable from February 2013 onwards. It is any Gazette notification released for applicability against above G.O. If it is there please attached and then confirm for applicability.

There is no effective date mentioned in the notification G.O.Ms.NO.82 , can anybody provide the notification mentioning the effective date of the revised P Tax slab for AP
