How Do You Ensure Safety and Proper Training in Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing?

Dear Friends, Greetings to all
Can you please suggest some of the Training requirements (our main activity is to manufacture electrical & electronic switchgear products – in which extrusion plant (plastic profile), moulding shop, machine shop, tool room, assembly and maintenance departments are functioning) like procedures for every work, material handling, usage of pallet trucks & trolley, material safely storage and handling and requirements of safety item for each and every workmen and for to maintain the training record something like that. Simply said that the procedure for safety work and to avoid industrial accident procedures.

Dear Nagraj,

Looking at the kind of work, I suggest that you prepare a safety training module with the help of the concerned authority on safety regulations for the industry. You could then hire a trainer to deliver it to your workers. This could be done by you or you could outsource it to any training institutes that are aware of the regulations and safety norms in the industry.
