Struggling with ISO 9001:2008 Audit Prep: How Do I Define and Implement KPIs in 5 Days?

Need Help with ISO 9001:2008 Audit Preparation

I am Mahabub, working in a hotel in Dhaka. Recently, we faced an ISO 9001:2008 surveillance audit where we received two NCs. One of them is that "Process Performance Parameter or Process KPI has not been defined, implemented, and analyzed to measure the performances of various processes (like Kitchen, Housekeeping, F & B Service, Purchase, Store, Marketing, Maintenance Process)."

Now, my task is to prepare all these documents in 5 days, and I have nothing in hand to prepare them. So, I need help from all of you in this challenge.

Could you please specify in which clause of ISO 9001:2008 the NCs are addressed? The corrective action required may vary depending on the clauses.

Thank you, Mr. Saikat, for your message. It seems that the defined or required protocol has not been followed, as Clause 8.2.3 states. It would greatly assist me if you could provide me with some documents regarding this matter.
