Function Of HSE Manager

I have joined a very good company as HSE Manager please be advised how i start my work as Manager Safety.

Dear fire,
HSE means Health and safety environment -manager right,
take care of the entire work premises - proper lighting, ventilation , hieght of the factory, distance between the machinaries, fencing of the machinaries.
along with that, urinals , laterinies, drinking water, regular and monthly health checkups and so on,
kindly refer to any of the factory books for your reference

A Health and Safety Officer has the important task of focusing solely on employee health, safety and well-being, as well as minimizing workplace hazards and training staff in identifying where they may be at risk.. Negligence in this regard can cause financial loss, as well as damage the company's reputation.
