How Can I Quickly Correct a Wrong Name in My EPF Account? Seeking Advice!

Sir/Madam, My name is wrongly written in my EPF account, and I want to correct it. Can anyone suggest what is the easiest and fastest method of doing it? I read somewhere that a wrong name can never be corrected for an EPF account.

You are required to write a letter and submit copies of some past monthly returns as well as provide the newly changed name proofs that the PF officials find satisfactory. You can obtain a revised Form-2 from the employees who have changed their names; it functions as an application form for the employees.
