Make an HR manual, travel manual, etc. Have a list of employees and create a database if not already done, along with all their details. Meanwhile, study the whole company and take notes.

Check out the attrition rate and create a list of the manpower required and its sources for acquisition. All of this depends on the number of employees, the size of your organization, and the industry.
