I think so the HR surveys is not happen in India and it has been observing that we are doing the too much of research in other platforms.
Expected that The Young HR Professionals have passion on the same, for this it will take at least three couple years.

HR surveys are ideally conducted by specialists in the field, unless you have expertise in that area and in data analysis.
