Can anybody help me out by giving appropriate answers for these two below mentioned questions :-
1.)What are the strategic aspects in International HRM leading to competitive advantages?
2.)) Discuss various factors associated with expatriates’ performance. Give the example of an MNC performance appraisal process for a Local Manager and an Overseas Manager.

Hi,

I have done specialization in International Human Resource Management (IHRM). I will be moving out of town for two days; I will inform you on Saturday, probably. I can provide a brief explanation that for expatriate's performance appraisal, a 360-degree format is typically used by Multinational Corporations (MNCs).

The factors affecting IHRM are:
- Cross-cultural Sensitivity
- Cost of living in the host country and parent country
