Seeking Advice on Choosing a Meaningful HR Internship for My MBA SIP Experience

Hello to everyone, as I am a new member of this page, I didn't know where to start. But by seeing the pages, I came to know that any of my queries can be answered. So here is my first query nowadays, and that is about the internship. I'm pursuing an MBA from Delhi, and it's going to be the end of my 1st year.

Internship Query: Where to Do the SIP?

I will be doing my specialization in HR & Finance and plan to do my SIP in HR. I'm still not sure about how the process starts in SIP or which company will be good for doing SIP. I have heard from many of my seniors that most companies don't teach anything in the internship. It's a type of formality for them, but I want to go to a company where I should get something to learn. So can anyone suggest companies and the work process in SIP? Please, it would be a great help for me.

Steps to Start Your SIP

Firstly, you need a request letter from your college on your behalf. Then, you can search for some good companies according to your preferences. With the request letter, you can approach the HR division, admin, or training division of that company.

If any company confirms the same, they will share an offer letter with you, and you can proceed further with the SIP. As for the learning aspect, it entirely depends on the one-to-one interaction. Personally, I learned a lot of things during my SIP at HMT.

Thank you, sir, for your reply. As you know, I am a fresher in this area and have little knowledge about the companies. Can you help me by giving the names of some good and reputed companies for HR? It's just about an internship, but I have to focus on my final interview, which will be held next year. I have heard that the SIP matters a lot in the final interview, so I don't want to select the company in a hurry.
