Hello Everyone, I've been gaining a lot of valuable information from this portal, and I believe it's time for me to contribute. My company recently began competency modeling. We have a People Development Department responsible for this task. I work in the Training Department. The People Development Department has identified a competency gap that needs to be addressed. In an attempt to fill this gap, I've devised a simple gap improvement scheme, along with other developmental methods that I'm currently working on.
