How Do I Update Employee Names with the PF Department? Need Form and Letter Guidance

Hi, In my company, two employees have changed their names. Now, they want their names to be updated with the PF department as well. Please suggest which form should be submitted to the PF department for this change. Is there a particular format for it, or is a covering letter sufficient from the employer's side? Please send me a draft letter for the same.

A covering letter is enough, but you have to submit copies of some past monthly returns along with the newly changed name proofs that the PF officials feel comfortable and sufficient for them. There is no separate form for this to my knowledge, and you can also take a revised Form-2 from the employees who have changed their names. It's like an application form for the employees.
