I have resigned from my previous company 45 days ago without serving the notice period. I submitted one month's salary as per my salary slip, but they returned my DD and are now demanding a new one as per the offer letter. I am currently unable to make that payment. Please guide me on how to claim my Full and Final settlement and my PF amount. I have received the last working month's salary slip, but I have not received that amount to date. Please advise on how I can claim that amount.
I am not able to fully understand your query. If I am correct, you were required to give a 60-day notice (please refer to your offer/appointment letter), but you fell short by 45 days. You have paid one month's salary (equivalent to 30 days), and the company is requesting a new DD for the remaining 45 days. If this is the case, you owe a short notice period of 15 days. If you are unable to make the payment, you can request an extension. Until then, you may not be eligible to claim your relieving and experience certificates.
Please clarify the notice period and the shortfall in the notice period. You can always request the details of your Full and Final settlement calculations. As advised by others, you can claim your PF amount once you have the necessary details.
