What are the letters one should receive before and after joining a company? I have joined a reputed company, and after one month, I received the offer letter. Are there any other letters besides the offer letter?

If you were hired at the campus or any recruitment drive, you must have received the Letter of Intent. It's often a one-page document stating the name of the role and CTC offered, date and place of joining, and a few more points on the document's validity. This is termed as an Offer Letter. Once you join, you will receive a Joining Letter with detailed information on appointment, confidentiality, and compensation details. The Appointment Letter is issued at the end of the probation to declare the confirmation of your services to your firm.

It depends on the practices followed by the company/employer. Some issue the appointment letter immediately, while others issue the offer letter before joining, upon which the selected candidate decides about joining. Some issue the appointment letter right after joining, which should include designation, salary, other perks, probation period, terms, and conditions, among other things. It's customary for a confirmation letter to be issued after the successful completion of the probation period. Be cautious if the appointment letter is indefinitely delayed.

If possible, obtain acknowledgment on a letter of joining. Also, keep emails and other correspondences exchanged.

For others who are going to join: It's advisable to collect at least the offer letter with important terms and conditions before joining and provide a joining letter mentioning the interview attended, reference of the offer letter, date of joining, and ensure to collect acknowledgment from the concerned office. Now that you have joined the service and have been issued an offer of appointment, presumably you have accepted the offer. Hence, there should be an order stating that you have been appointed in the organization from the mentioned date. The other terms and conditions of appointment, if not already provided along with the offer, including the company rules and regulations, PF/ESI forms, and nominations, etc., are the documents you can look for. As already pointed out by Loginmiracle, these documents vary from organization to organization.
