The loss of a middle finger (leg) falls under the categories of PPD, PTD, or TTD. Please clarify.

I think what you mean is toe (not finger). It will be a PPD (permanent partial disability). You may like to refer to the Indian Standard IS-3786: 1983, which defines various types of disabilities and the methods of computation of injury rates.
