Dear Friends,
Most of the Executives find it difficult to extract work from their subordinates. It becomes still more difficult when targets are fixed with specific time frame.
As long as one thinks of his/her designation and the authority as well as power attached to it, the job of getting things done would become herculean. Because bossing gets our subordinates estranged from us mentally and emotionally.
Bossing may succeed in Military and Jails where the human mind is conditioned through authority and punitive ways to obey - certainly not in organizations. The more you boss, the more you lose.
