Designing a system that captures and retains all the employee details required by an organization. The system would consist of a data capture screen, a database to store the data, and some reports that use the database for employee-related information (in MS Access).

Employee data systems are an important part of any organization as they can be used to minimize the costs of HR transactions and for reallocating human resources in a more efficient and effective manner.

In case you are done with the data collection part (requirement analysis), you can practically go for designing the system using any back-end tool like Access. Then, choose an application program to design the GUI of the system.
