Is My Resume Strong Enough for a Job Change? Seeking Advice on Further Studies and HR Transition

Hi, I am a technical recruiter. I joined a product development company with an intermediate qualification in 2010, and I now have 2.4 years of experience. I completed my B.A. through distance education in 2012. Currently, I am looking for a job change.

Will my resume be strong with the above qualifications? If I need to pursue further studies, what would be the best option for me? I am also interested in transitioning to HR Generalist roles. Kindly suggest.
