A Query Regarding My Resume

Hi, I am a technical recruiter. I have joined in a product development company with the qualification of intermediate in 2010 and I am now with 2.4 years of experience till date. I finally have completed B.A through distance education and the passed out year is 2012.
Currently I am looking for job change.
Is my resume will be strong with the above qualification..?
If I need to go further studies, what would be the best for me..? - I am also looking forward to move to HR Generalist.
Kindly suggest..

if i will for distance again, will it be helpful for me or do i need to go for only distance, as my degree was also distance education.

I think you should either go for full time or part time rather than distance education.
