Curious About OHSAS Audits? What Questions Might Employees Face During the Process?

During the OHSAS audit, the auditor may interact with the employees. I wish to know what kind of questions will be asked. Will they ask about their working hours and other welfare provisions, etc.?

The questions that shall be asked include the hazards of the area of operations, the control mechanisms to reduce or eliminate the risks, operational control procedures addressing the reduction of the risks, emergency procedures and mitigation, and the competence and awareness of the personnel performing the operations. They should be aware of the consequences of any deviation from the procedure, etc. I presume this meets your requirement.
