• To guide you in obtaining and renewing various Registrations / Licenses / Code numbers etc. as required by you from time to time under applicable labour laws.
• To provide you draft reply or draft letters in connection with any of the Labour Law related matters including attending conciliation matters.
• To keep you up date with the changes, amendments & developments in Labour Laws and advise you on its implications to your establishment from time to time.
• To make necessary compliance of PF, ESI, PT and MLW etc.
• To prepare wage register computerized.
