Considering SAP for Career Growth: Is It the Right Move for You?

Can you tell me, can anybody opt for SAP as a career development tool? Will it be helpful in a career?

SAP can't do anything alone to advance your career. Suppose you go through the SAP HR Module, but it is entirely based on a functional approach to proper Human Resources. Therefore, without knowledge of Human Resources, you won't benefit fully from this course alone. However, if you have one or two years of experience in the same field and choose to take this SAP course, then it will certainly aid in your career development.

SAP is just an ERP. There are many ERPs, and companies, as per their capacity, select any one of them. So, not sure about SAP in HR.

I am currently pursuing an MBA in HR. What if I complete the SAP-HR course before finishing my postgraduate degree? I am in the final semester, so I am thinking of completing the SAP course. I would be grateful if you could provide your valuable suggestions regarding this.
