Eligibility For Which PHD Programs After MA In English

i have completed MA in english and MBA in marketing. i am currently working as a trainer in direct selling company. want to switch to corporate training profile for which i want to persue PHD program. So which will be the suitable Phd program available in Delhi that will help me in growing as a corporate trainer. Also i was suggested to take up a diploma course from ISTD for Training and Development. Will this course help in my profile building?

Glad to see your keen interest in Corporate Training. Doing a Diploma in T & D will definitely be useful. but focussing only on T & D will not add value to your career growth. According to my Knowledge it would be the best if you opt for MBA (HR) which touches up all the core aspects including T & D.
