How Can I Transition from Direct Selling to Corporate Training with a Ph.D. in Delhi?

I have completed an MA in English and an MBA in marketing. I am currently working as a trainer in a direct selling company. I want to switch to a corporate training profile for which I want to pursue a Ph.D. program. So, which Ph.D. program available in Delhi would be suitable to help me grow as a corporate trainer?

Diploma Course from ISTD

I was also suggested to take up a diploma course from ISTD for Training and Development. Will this course help in building my profile?

Glad to see your keen interest in Corporate Training. Doing a Diploma in T&D will definitely be useful, but focusing only on T&D will not add value to your career growth. According to my knowledge, it would be best if you opt for an MBA (HR), which covers all the core aspects, including T&D.
