AS you said I will wait for a format which I can use inhouse by updating data periodically so that these graphs and results are generated automatically.

no it is not outsourced , i am Manager HR here , we are maintaining this daily MIS ourselves, as team size is small , we need to design things which would save our time

I must say that it is a great effort done by you.
Can I request you to please let me put my data and use this. When I open the file shared by you I see the menu options like summary index etc. but where you do enter the data for it to generate these graphs. Can you please share??
