In joining report, we must check that all the relevant informations are been completely filled up.. should even cross check the reference provided by the employee...
According to our policy, we must see he has completed his probation period then has be been issued his confirmation letter or not..??
In exit analysis, we must cross check the payment part as well as deduction one.. moreover notice period served or not..??
Apart from this, resignation letter and acceptance of resignation letter is also required.
In payment part, salary of the period, Earned leave payment, Incentives of that period is any system of the same prevailing in the company will come, whereas
In deduction part, PF and ESI contribution if applicable, any loan amount or advance amount will come, apart from this notice period recovery if not given the same.. will be recovered.
