According to our policy, we must verify that he has completed his probation period and has been issued his confirmation letter or not.
During the exit analysis, we must cross-check the payment details as well as deductions. Moreover, we need to confirm if the notice period has been served or not.
Additionally, we require the resignation letter and acceptance of the resignation letter.
Regarding the payment part, the salary for the period, earned leave payment, and any incentives for that period should be included if there is a prevailing system in the company.
For deductions, PF and ESI contributions, if applicable, any loan amount or advance amount, and notice period recovery if not served should be considered.
