Dear Mr Amar Bir Singh,

Another good practical presentation from your end.

We can add a few more.

Some prefer to come on time and go on time.

The presence of all the members may not be required all the time.

Meetings can be routine meetings (say a periodical review - TIME BOUND)

OR emergency meetings ( resolving the ISSUE is the priority)

An issue may be discussed by two members. If the third person has a solution

he has to volunteer and give his thought and not wait for his turn or should not be

silent since he is not specifically asked. It is upto the Chairperson to spot this.

During a meeting some people physically sit and carry their own task quietly

This is not desirable.

In an Indian context people often jump from one language to another, midway in a meeting.

If everyone out there understands this second language, it is fine. Even if one person does not know

someone has to suitably interpret this. Chair person can himself do this or can ensure that it is done.

Presence of foreigners in a meeting requires additional care during addressing,

manners, language, translation etc

Good posting.
