Project Topic - Food Processing

Hi all,
I am pursuing my final semester in HR. I need to complete a project at HMT Aurangabad in my specialization.
The company is of around 100 employees and 80 skilled staff.
It is a Food Processing Machinery Division.
I am confused in selecting the topic for my project.
Please help me..

I would suggest you to first analyze the organization on various factors and find out in which area they are lacking. If you do research on their negatives, then your research will not only be useful for you but for the organization too.
Also I would suggest you to do projects on unique but useful topics. Topics like recruitment, absentiseem, motivation etc are all regular topics.
And if it is a manufacturing sector then research on topics like Welfare, benefit activities have more scope of learning.
