I am an external consultant to organizations to optimize their performance. I have 2 years of experience, working independently ever since I graduated with my Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, New York. I now work in Dubai and have been partnering with my mentor, Mr. Roland Sullivan, who is based in Minnesota. He has been an Organization Development pioneer since 1962, has edited numerous books, worked in 17 countries, and has taught at many universities. I am honored to work with such an experienced person and learn about OD.
