This is Nikhil Gadodia, currently pursuing my MMS/MBA in HR from Thakur Institute in Mumbai. I'm a member of this forum for many days, but I was silent. Thank you to all for such a warm and hearty welcome to the forum. I will surely share my experiences and also learn from all the members in the forum. Being caught up in Yahoo groups (a member of some 37 groups), most of the time I haven't paid attention to any other forums or groups I have heard of. But I would now be involved in this forum as much as I can. Thanks again to all the people. Take care.
