Is a Third-Party Safety Audit Required for Small Factories in Maharashtra?

Is it mandatory to carry out a safety audit from a third party under the Maharashtra Factory Act? Our factory is small with a worker strength of up to 41 and HP 105. We do not have any hazardous operations or store hazardous chemicals.

If the requirement is under the Maharashtra Factories Rules, you have to follow it. I am not sure about this requirement. Please refer to the rules, and if the requirement is there, proceed with a third-party audit.
