Safety Audit From Third Party - Mandatory ?

Is it mandatory to carry out safety audit from third party, under Maharashtra Factory act ?
As our factory is small having worker strength up to 41. and HP 105.
And we have neither any hazards operation nor any storage of hazards chemicals.
Kindly suggest me ?

If the requirement is there under Maharashtra Factories Rules, you have to do it. I am not sure of this requirement. You refer the rules and if the requirement there, please go ahead for a third party audit.

Yes its mandatory. you are the principal employer for contractor.tell me how contractor bill raised ( with CTC & Gross).
