Stability Certificate issued by Authorised Person in form 1A i his Validity 5 years and than after 5 year new stability certificate. but you verify the Authorised person Validity.
stability certificate validity depends on rules,hence It varies state to state
Stability certificate for TamilNadu 3 years & Kerala for 5 years in AP one time after completion of build construction.
So please go through you state Factories Rules
