Apply For PF

I want to apply for my PF. But don\'t know the exact procedure. As I am having very busy schedule. So want to apply online. And want that my PF amount should be transferred to my account. Guide me regarding the procedure, forms etc..

On-line claim form submission is not available till today for PF withdrawal. You need to submit the required hard copy of the forms to your previous employer for onward process.
1. Form 19 and Form 10 C - if your tenure is less then 9.5 years
2. Form 19 and Form 10 D - if your tenure is more than 9.5 years
3. Form 19 only if your tenure is 6 months or less
Also you need to attach the following documents along with the forms:
1. Photo ID
2. Bank Account Proof - either copy of Pass book or bank account statement
3. Cancelled blank cheque

You should have to fill your PF form (hard copy) 19 & 10C & authorized by authorized signatory then apply concern PF office in name of RPFC, if the PF
& pension amount transfer in your bank account number within two months
then you register your online Grievance for the same in Epfo (Govt. of India) for employee option,within 15days Your grievance will be solve.

There is no procedure for withdraw the pf by Online. You should fill Form No-19 & 10-C for withdraw.

I want one more information. That its being near about 4 year from now that I left my job. Will they accept my request to apply for PF. Or I can also go by my self to PF office and apply. As I have my PF number plus the Pay slips of provided by my previous company where I was working.

Dear Farhat,
You can apply your PF & Pension from 19 & 10C for amount of 4years service & authorized the same by authorized signatory on that employer & after that you have to submitted Your same form (19&10C) to concern PF office by registered post after two month, you will get your four year service PF & Pension amount.if you did’t receive the same you register your grievance in Epfo (Govt. of India) on employee option .

As per current procedure, you need to get aughorised by your previous employer on the forms, where you have worked for the said period. You need to fillup for 19 and 10 C and either
1. Submit to your said employer for further process. they will authorize on your forms and submit to the Regional PF Office by themself
OR
2. Get the forms authorized by employer and submit forms to Regional PF office by yourself (it will be fast processing)
