Is there any difference between an IT and a non-IT Confidential agreement between an employer and an employee?

The answer is BOTH Yes & No—it depends on the intent. While the basic purpose/goal is essentially the SAME, the content/clauses would vary depending on the domain/sector AND also the function & level of the employee. Suggest giving details of the ACTUAL SITUATION so that the members can suggest/advise more accurately.
