Answer to your first question:
You have a two-month waiting period. This means that only after the completion of two months from your relieving date can you submit your PF withdrawal forms to your company, duly signed by you with a declaration of non-employment.
The company will, in due course, endorse the said forms and either submit them to RPFC or hand them over to you for submission from your end.
This waiting period is not applicable in the case of (i) retirement at the age of 55, (ii) women who are withdrawing it for marriage, (iii) permanent and total incapacity to work, (iv) migration from India for employment or permanent settlement abroad, and (v) mass or individual retrenchment.
Answer to your second question:
You have the following options:
1. Make a written complaint to RPFC if the company is not signing/forwarding your PF withdrawal forms.
2. Submit the forms directly to RPFC, duly attested by (i) the Manager of your Bank, (ii) the Head of the Educational Institute, (iii) a Gazetted Officer, (iv) the Sub Post Master, (v) a Magistrate, (vi) a Member of the Central Board of Trustees (EPFO), (vii) the Chairman, Secretary, or Member of the Municipal/District/Local Board, (viii) the President of the Village Union or Panchayat/MP/MLA, or (ix) any other officer approved by RPFC.
