It is not a loan; it's an advance from the PF accumulation, so it's non-refundable.

Thank you for your views. Dixit Ji, thank you once again; you are right. I was referring to the advance only. I was in a hurry at that time, which is why I mentioned the loan incorrectly. However, when I was researching this, I came across some advice where seniors have mentioned that the advance can be refunded with interest. This is why this question came to mind.

Dear All, It's 'NON-REFUNDABLE Withdrawals.' However, if the withdrawn amount is not utilized within the specified period for the purpose for which it is withdrawn, the same needs to be refunded back to the disbursing authority along with interest computed from the date of disbursement till the date of repayment.
