Understanding Minimum Wages: How Do They Differ Across Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh?

I am a fresher in the field of business and need assistance with the following information:

1. Minimum wages for the states of Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh - valid till March 2013. If anyone can share, I will be grateful.

2. I need to know if the company is based in Delhi, will the minimum wages of employees in Haryana be those as in Haryana or Delhi?
