Need Help Drafting a Simple Agreement for 100% Home Loan Exemption – Anyone Have a Template?

Can someone help me in drafting a form on "simple agreement with the other borrowers stating that you will be repaying the entire loan" for claiming 100% home loan exemption? If someone already has the designed form, please share it with me. I will be very happy.

I have one agreement copy that may be useful to you. I have used it, but it was modified as per the requirements from time to time.

I need a little clarity on the attached document. Do we need to get a signature on the document from the lender as well? Why is the lender's signature required in the actual agreement format between two borrowers?

Let me check with my HR as well if this form format is accepted by them. If it is, all is well; otherwise, I will check with them.
