Simple Agreement With The Other Borrowers Stating That You Will Be Repaying The Entir

Can Some one help me in drafting a form on \"simple agreement with the other borrowers stating that you will be repaying the entire loan\" for claiming 100% home loan exemption.
If some already have the designed form..please share with me...I will be very happy.

Need little clarity on that attached document, do we need to get sign on the document from the lender as well?
the actual agreement format required between two borrowers, why lender's signature required?
let me check with my HR as well, is this form format they accept..well n good otherwise I will check with them.
