Dear Shivanand,
It he was PF member in all companies then every where he will have to submit form 13 giving further companies reference.
It is certainly difficult but only after enitre procedure is followed in the account of final / existing company he can find his cumulative balance of deduction

Dear Sumit,
Please do clear that form 13 should be submitted to transfer first company accumulation to second and second company accumulation to third Company Account. And I have had a very bad experience in Transfering the PF accumulations from one establishment to other the PF office is not so much bother about the transfer cases.
So as per my opinion He should withdraw at least first company's PF and can transfer the second's to third.
Regards,
Vijay

The problem comes only if the locations are different. However since every transaction is on line he can submit form 13 of all to you and get it centralised. Mention in detail to your RPFC along with an application from him why he failed to submit form 13 in previous establishments. However there is a solution. don't worry just help him.
Warm Regards!

Though form 13 is simply sufficient to transfer from establishment to another, but transferring from so many establishments is tedious exercise and time consuming. Though PF is a welfare scheme, you will not be able to cross that many hurdles. Please draw and either use for your benefit or put in FD. Please remember that huge amounts are filed up in EPFO. That itself a proven proof that interacting with EPFO is not so simple, as seen in web.
