Confused About Filling "Form U" in Karnataka? Need Clarity on Labour Law Changes!

Kindly, can anyone guide me on filling "Form U" for Karnataka state? I have downloaded "Form U" from the HR website. I have heard that the Government has announced that IT companies will not be covered under Labour Law. Is it true? If so, then is there no need to fill out "Form D"? Correct me if I am wrong. If anyone has a filled soft copy or scanned copy of "Form U," kindly attach it for reference.

All the places IT companies cover are under the Shops & Commercial Establishment Act. I submitted Form U just 3 days ago. Enclosed is the soft copy in an Excel sheet that has been prepared.
