Good Morning!!
Kindly can any one guide for filling "Form U" for Karnataka state. I have downloaded the "Form U" from the cite HR.
I have heard that Government has announced IT company will not cover under Labour Law is it true? if so then there is no need of filling "Form D" ? Correct me if I am wrong. If any one have the filled soft copy or scanned copy of "Form U" kindly attach it for reference.

Hi Sheela
All the places IT companies covers under shops & commercial establishment act. Even I have submitted Form U just 3 days back. Enclosed is the soft copy in Excel sheet which is been prepared
